Payment
Skærsøgaard ApS accepts payment by credit card and MobilePay. Payment will only be charged to your account once your order has been dispatched.
All prices are stated in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include VAT.
Skærsøgaard ApS uses an approved payment gateway that encrypts all card information using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. This ensures that your payment details remain secure and cannot be accessed by unauthorised parties.
Delivery
Skærsøgaard ApS delivers throughout Denmark on all business days and to selected countries across Europe.
Delivery charges within Denmark range from DKK 90 to DKK 200. Orders over DKK 600 qualify for free delivery within Denmark.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
You may choose either:
- to exchange the wine for another wine from Skærsøgaard ApS; or
- to receive a full refund.
The cost of returning the goods is your responsibility.
Returned wines must be in the same condition as when they were delivered. Opened bottles or bottles with damaged or removed labels cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by email at info@dansk-vin.dk, clearly stating that you wish to cancel your purchase.
Once you have notified us, you must return the goods within a further 14 days.

Condition of Returned Goods
You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality.
Complaints and Defective Goods
Under the Danish Sale of Goods Act, Skærsøgaard ApS provides a two-year statutory right to make a claim for defects. However, this does not extend beyond the natural shelf life of the product.
The right to make a claim does not cover defects, damage or wear caused directly or indirectly by misuse, improper handling, inadequate maintenance, physical damage or unauthorised modifications.
Any complaint regarding defects or faults must be made to Skærsøgaard ApS within a reasonable period after the defect has been discovered.
Goods may be returned for replacement or, by prior agreement, for a refund. In the event of a valid claim, Skærsøgaard ApS will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery (COD).
Refunds
Where a refund has been agreed, please provide your bank account details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.
Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase products from Dansk-vin.dk.

Only The Danish Terms and Conditions (Handelsbetingelser) is the valid version.
